3. Chargebacks & Disputes Initiating a fraudulent chargeback on a valid order is considered fraud. LUXRAY CO reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks and provide evidence of purchase, delivery confirmation, and these agreed-upon terms to the relevant financial institution.

4. Order Processing We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation initiated by LUXRAY CO, a full refund will be issued.

5. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in CAD. LUXRAY CO reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.

7. Limitation of Liability LUXRAY CO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
